Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life.
• Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
• Outstanding communication abilities to listen, understand and influence.
• Tenacity with a drive to achieve targets and team goals.
• Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive, personalised interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per roster.
• Participate in member retention programs to encourage ongoing journeys.
• Regular service calls to members to keep them engaged and upsell products.
