Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking dynamic Sales Consultants to drive new memberships across our Australian clubs. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective members, delivering engaging tours, presentations and personalised journeys that inspire healthier lives.

Your energy, resilience and customer focus will fuel member growth and retention. You will work in a fast-paced, member-first environment, contributing to sales targets while supporting club initiatives and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life.
• The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
• Outstanding communication abilities – listen, understand, empathise and influence others.
• Tenacity with a drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
• Customer focus with a desire to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget via promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve the required number of lead contacts by phone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive, personalised member journeys.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per the roster.
• Engage in member retention programs to keep members active.
• Regularly service new and existing members to enhance their journey and promote club products.
