Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking Sales Consultants to drive memberships and act as the friendly first point of contact in clubs across Australia. You’ll welcome prospective members, deliver engaging tours, and convert leads while nurturing ongoing member journeys to sustain growth.

The role is fast-paced and people-first, with base salary plus uncapped commissions, and benefits including complimentary gym access and family membership options.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life and help them succeed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and resilience when faced with obstacles.
• Outstanding communication skills: listening, understanding, empathy and influence.
• Customer-focused with a drive to achieve individual and team targets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to club sales budgets through promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach and referrals.
• Make required lead contact calls to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive, personalised member journeys and retain engagement.
