Job summary

Aidacare Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a Field Service Technician - PM to perform maintenance, repairs and testing of healthcare equipment including beds, hoists, wheelchairs and more. You will work mainly across Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas, reporting to the QLD Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Prefer mechanical or service technician background in healthcare or related sector.
• Strong problem solving to customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ability to deliver a high level of communication and professional customer service.
• The ability to work independently with strong time management, punctuality and admin skillset.
• Current and valid Driver’s License and willing to travel to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and complete repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service.
• Preparing clear, accurate and concise service records.
• Maintaining servicing equipment and the company vehicle in a good condition, ensuring inventory is adequate.
• Become an expert on our products, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings and using this knowledge to deliver seamless repairs.
• Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy.

About The Role

In this key role, you would carry out necessary maintenance, repairs and testing of our healthcare equipment. This equipment would include beds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, motorised scooters and a wide range of medical equipment and health aids.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
