Roc Consulting in Blacktown, NSW is seeking a Service & Installation Coordinator to streamline daily operations across service and installation jobs. You will schedule technicians, manage work orders, quote requests, and communications with customers and builders to ensure smooth progression from booking to completion.

Ideal candidates have proven experience coordinating field teams, strong organisational skills, and excellent English communication. Proficiency with MS Office is preferred.

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling or similar role.
• Experience coordinating technicians, tradespeople or field service teams.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
