Job summary

Australian Dry Cleaning & Laundry Supplies in Riverstone NSW is seeking a proactive Installation & Project Coordinator to drive installation and project work from enquiry to handover. You will coordinate technicians, schedule resources and keep all stakeholders updated to ensure timely, accurate project delivery.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisation and experience with job management tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, confident on the phone and clear in writing.
• Organised, with the ability to juggle multiple jobs and priorities at once.
• A natural follower-upper who gets back to people and keeps promises.
• Calm under pressure when a customer is waiting on a machine or an install date.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling or administration (construction, trades, equipment supply or field service is a plus).
• Experience with simPRO, Unleashed or similar job management software is a bonus, but we'll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Run our installation and project jobs from the first enquiry through to handover.
• Team up with our service coordinator to share technicians and resources, so every job gets the right people at the right time.
• Plan and schedule the people, parts and equipment each project needs.
• Keep customers, technicians and the wider team in the loop, so nobody has to chase for an update.
• Chase up quotes, supplier ETAs and outstanding tasks until they're done.
• Keep job records accurate and complete so invoicing is smooth.
• Work with sales, parts and warehouse to keep projects moving.
• Spot problems early and raise them with the Service Manager before they become big ones.
