Job summary

Central Telecoms is hiring a Business Development Manager for the Central Coast, NSW. You will be out in the field, meeting local business owners and decision-makers, building relationships and closing new business.

You’ll target a minimum of 200 face-to-face visits per month, develop a strong sales pipeline, and record all activities in HubSpot CRM. A driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Proactively visit local businesses to introduce Central Telecoms and our services.
• Complete a minimum of 200 face-to-face visits per month.
• Develop your sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking and follow-up.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate and close new business.
• Manage territory and record activities in HubSpot CRM.
