Peninsula Australia is seeking experienced sales professionals to join our growing Sydney CBD team. This Monday to Friday, 10am-7pm role involves outbound B2B calls to business owners and directors across Australia, understanding their people and safety challenges, and booking appointments for our Business Development Managers.

You will build strong relationships, maintain CRM records, and contribute to the business growth with achievable targets.

Formación

• This role requires experience in phone-based or face-to-face sales.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound B2B phone calls to business owners and directors across Australia.
• Booking high-quality appointments for Business Development Managers.
• Build relationships and be a trusted contact for prospects, clients and field-based team.
• Keep Salesforce CRM up to date with accurate notes.
• Achieve daily and weekly KPIs.
