Nexgen Australia, backed by Aussie Broadband, is expanding its Sydney CBD sales team and seeks a proven sales hunter who can close deals with business owners over the phone. You will own the funnel from inbound and outbound outreach to closing, supported by a high-growth telco environment.

You will be selling market-leading telecommunications solutions to Australian small business owners, with uncapped commissions and realistic OTE of 100k–130k+.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in hunting new business and closing deals.
• Strong telephone selling skills with high closing rate.
• Good understanding of the Australian telecommunications market.
• Able to build rapport quickly and handle objections.
• Comfortable with metrics-driven sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Take inbound enquiries from Australian business owners.
• Follow up referral and marketing-generated leads.
• Prospect new opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Close opportunities over the phone.
• Manage the sales pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and the executive team.
• Take ownership of your numbers and success.
