Business Telecom Australia Pty Ltd (NexGen) in Sydney is seeking a high-energy B2B sales professional to hunt new business and close deals over the phone. You will work with 100-150 fresh inbound leads per month and a mix of outbound calls, driving revenue and building a strong pipeline.

• Telecommunications knowledge is expected.
• Demonstrated hunter/closer mentality for new business.
• Experience in phone-based B2B sales or outbound selling.

• Take inbound enquiries from Australian business owners and industry leads.
• Follow up referrals and marketing-generated leads.
• Prospect new opportunities and identify customer needs.
• Close opportunities over the phone and drive revenue.
• Manage your sales pipeline using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and the Executive team.
• Own your numbers and drive personal success.
