Job summary

Peninsula Australia is seeking experienced, results-driven sales professionals to join our Sydney CBD team. You will conduct outbound and inbound B2B sales, engaging business owners and directors to understand people and safety challenges, and book high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers.

You should be motivated by targets, willing to learn and grow, with a track record in phone or face-to-face sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound B2B phone-based sales to business owners and directors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for client interactions.
• Ability to meet daily and weekly KPI targets and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound, B2B phone calls with business owners and directors to understand their people and safety challenges across Australia.
• Book high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers.
• Build strong relationships and be a trusted contact for prospects, clients and field-based BDM team.
• Keep Salesforce CRM up to date with accurate notes.
• Achieve daily and weekly KPI targets.
