Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Supervisor Ferry Operations to lead the safe, reliable delivery of ferry services across NSW crossings. The role is on-site and may require travel between locations, including Windsor, to provide oversight and leadership.

You will manage four Supervisors and a workforce of about 85, foster a strong safety culture, oversee incidents and disruptions, oversee rostering, and coordinate with maintenance and other managers to meet service delivery objectives.

• Collaborate with maintenance teams and external providers.
• Monitor performance and compliance with maritime policies.
• Oversee HR matters, industrial relations, and staff development.
