Job summary

Toll Group in Chullora, NSW, is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for our Steel Transport team to coordinate drivers, subcontractors and fleet resources while upholding safety and compliance.

You will report to the Operations Manager and drive daily transport operations, ensuring DIFOT targets are met and customer commitments are delivered safely, efficiently and reliably. The role requires strong communication and proactive safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in transport and logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of CoR, fatigue and load restraint requirements.
• Experience leading drivers and subcontractors with a focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate fleet to meet daily customer requirements.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries and timeslots.
• Monitor DIFOT and service delivery performance.
• Lead safety activities and workplace inspections.
• Develop and maintain transport system records.
• Build relationships with customers, drivers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, CoR and regulatory requirements.
