AC Hotel Gold Coast by Marriott is seeking Food & Beverage Experts to deliver exceptional service across restaurant, bar, poolside, events, and in-room dining. You’ll share menu knowledge, engage guests warmly, and collaborate with culinary teams to ensure flawless service in a dynamic, openability-focused environment.

Qualified candidates bring F&B or customer service experience, RSA certification, and a high school diploma.

• RSA Certificate required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Marriott experience is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous Food & Beverage or customer service experience required
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Marriott experience is advantageous but not essential.
