Job summary

AC Hotel by Marriott Gold Coast is seeking passionate Food & Beverage Experts to join our founding team as we open the property. You will deliver warm, personalised service across restaurant, bar and dining experiences while learning our Mediterranean-inspired menu.

Candidates should be passionate about hospitality; RSA and food safety training are required. This is a part-time, on-site role with Marriott associate benefits and opportunities for growth within the brand.

• Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness and service standards.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• A warm, confident and engaging personality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.Previous hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential.
• A current RSA certificate and relevant food safety training.
