AC Hotel by Marriott Gold Coast is building a guest-focused pre-opening team in Gold Coast, delivering an effortless and tailored guest journey from day one.

As a Guest Experience Expert, you’ll warmly welcome guests, manage smooth check-in/out, and offer local recommendations while contributing to a modern, welcoming AC environment.

Qualifications

• Previous front office or hotel experience is valuable, but mindset and genuine hospitality are equally important.
• We value calm, friendly professionalism and guest-centered service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
