Job summary

AC Hotel by Marriott Gold Coast invites you to join our pre-opening team as Assistant Night Manager. You’ll lead overnight Front Office operations, ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures, and uphold our high standards for safety and service.

You’ll be a calm, trusted presence for guests and Family Members, coordinating with Security, Finance and other departments, while coaching the night team and upholding Marriott policies.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office or hotel supervisory experience.
• Strong confidence with guest recovery and problem solving.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• A calm, composed approach when making decisions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with hotel systems and cashiering processes.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities
