Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in automotive or related field.
• Received training in maintenance technology, management, etc.
• Experience as Workshop Controller or Service Advisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distribute work to technicians and monitor progress.
• Coordinate workshop workflow and customer service flow.
• Prepare work orders and liaise with parts.
• Ensure safety and adherence to standards.
• Support pre-delivery inspections and handovers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
