Harmony Auto in Gympie (BYD Gympie) seeks a motivated Service Advisor to be the vital link between customers and the dealership. You will manage daily reception duties, coordinate maintenance activities, and support the Service Manager in achieving departmental goals.

Experience in automotive service, strong communication, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth vehicle handovers.

Qualificações

• Diploma or higher in Automotive or related field.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• 3+ years in automotive repair or related industries.
• 1+ year in customer service.
• Familiarity with BYD operations is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and develop dealership maintenance services.
• Manage customer maintenance appointments and front desk duties.
• Receive customers and prepare work orders for service.
• Coordinate progress of maintenance work with the service team.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery after maintenance and handle handovers.
