Job summary

BYD Noosa, part of Harmony Auto, is at the forefront of the electric vehicle revolution in Australia. We seek a Senior Service Adviser to provide technical support for repairs and maintenance, oversee work quality, and assist in explaining vehicle issues.

You will help manage workshop operations and complete BYD-assigned technical tasks. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive repair, including 2+ years in workshop management, with strong communication, problem-solving, and training

Qualifications

• Strong communication and vehicle maintenance process knowledge.
• Holder of valid driver’s license and relevant skill certificates.
• Experience with automotive repair and workshop supervision is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the maintenance work of the after-sales service department
• Supervise the quality of maintenance work and guide staff
• Explain vehicle problems to customers and assist supervisors
• Complete technical work entrusted by BYD
• Manage workshop site to ensure optimal condition
• Provide technical guidance and training during maintenance
• Diagnose difficult faults and respond to external inquiries
• Deliver technical training to workshop technicians
• Enforce workshop procedures and organize training on new models or technologies
• Coordinate with claims team to report product issues and file claims
• Give technical lectures for users and assist in related activities
• Complete tasks assigned by the service manager and support workshop supervision
