Harmony Auto Noosa is seeking a Senior Service Adviser to lead after-sales maintenance support and workshop operations. You will supervise quality, guide technicians, and handle BYD-assigned technical tasks while maintaining high service standards.

Qualified candidates have a diploma or higher in automotive, 5+ years in repair with 2+ years in workshop management, and strong communication and training skills. Australian work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in automotive or related field.
• 5+ years in automotive repair, including 2+ years in workshop management.
• Familiarity with BYD operations is advantageous.
• Eligible to work in Australia.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for maintenance in the after-sales service department.
• Supervise the quality of maintenance work and guide staff.
• Complete BYD tasks entrusted by TMCI.
• Manage workshop site to ensure optimal condition.
• Offer technical guidance and management during maintenance.
• Diagnose and analyse difficult faults and answer technical inquiries.
• Deliver technical training to workshop technicians.
• Supervise adherence to workshop maintenance procedures.
• Develop and implement training plans and assess staff participation.
• Collaborate with claims specialists to report product issues and file claims.
