Job summary

Harmony Auto's BYD Gympie storefront is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers and the service team. You will manage daily reception duties at the after-sales service front desk, coordinate maintenance activities, and support the Service Manager in achieving department goals.

Key duties include promoting services, scheduling maintenance, processing work orders, ensuring timely progress and delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Automotive or related field.
• Knowledge of relevant laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop dealership maintenance services.
• Manage customer maintenance appointments.
• Receive customers and prepare work orders.
• Coordinate progress of maintenance work.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery after maintenance.
• Handle vehicle delivery and return processes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate ordering of special parts.
• Implement fair and consistent warranty policies.
• Support pre-delivery inspections and new car handovers.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Resolve customer issues through proactive follow-up.
