Bluebird is seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to drive outbound conversations with Australia's largest construction firms. This remote-first role offers a base salary of up to $85k AUD plus uncapped commission and a clear path to real six-figure earnings.

You’ll own the national patch, work with founders, and learn how complex deals are built in the construction tech space. Expect six-figure conversations and rapid experimentation on Monday with results by Friday.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience (outbound/outbound-facing sales preferred).
• Strong phone prospecting and communication skills.
• Interest in construction tech or enterprise software sales.
