Talent Forge Group is launching a founding Enterprise SDR role to help establish the outbound motion for its enterprise healthtech offering in Australia and New Zealand. You will work with the Enterprise team to engage senior executives, research complex accounts, and map procurement cycles.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in sales, consulting or healthcare.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior executives.
• Highly structured with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and persistent prospecting.
• Commercially curious with strong research and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
• Founding seat in a funded AI Healthtech business.
• Clear pathway into Enterprise AE, Partnerships or Strategy.
• Work alongside senior leaders across AI, Healthtech and venture.
• Help shape enterprise growth across ANZ.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and engage senior decision-makers across major health organisations.
• Conduct targeted cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research and map complex enterprise accounts.
• Build relationships across executive, clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Help develop the enterprise ICP, messaging and outbound playbook.
• Support proposals, pilots, tenders and business cases.
• Track market trends, competitors and procurement cycles.
