Job summary

Centre for Higher Education Studies seeks an IT/AV Support Technician to maintain and support the school's IT and audio-visual systems. You will work under the IT Manager alongside two teammates, handling day-to-day tasks and escalations as needed.

The role requires relevant AV/IT qualifications or experience, strong organisational skills and a service-focused approach. Full-time, Monday to Friday, based in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Experience providing first-line IT and AV support.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to train and advise staff on IT/AV topics.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT and AV support to staff and students, troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain IT and AV equipment; liaise with external providers as needed.
• Provide training and guidance on IT/AV hardware and software; advise teachers on technical aspects of curriculum delivery.
• Follow school policies and maintain documentation; manage school-owned IT equipment.
