Job summary

JB Hi-Fi Education in Victoria seeks an entry-level ICT Support Technician to deliver on-site desktop support, troubleshoot hardware/software, and assist with system imaging and updates. This role supports the Notebooks for Teachers and Principals program and collaborates with the Specialist Technician to resolve tasks.

Ideal candidates have a Min Cert 4 in IT Systems Administration or similar and are eager to learn within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Entry level ICT support role in education sector.
• Experience with desktop, hardware, software troubleshooting is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Service Desk Level 1 and 2 support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software.
• Assist with deployment of system images and updates in live environments.
• Support Notebooks for Teachers and Principals Program on-site.
• Contribute to technical documentation and on-site installations.
• Provide basic server administration tasks such as password resets and printer queues.
