Job summary

systemsGo is seeking an IT & AV Support Technician to join our team in Melbourne, working onsite at a client site in Scoresby. The role focuses on Level 2 desktop support and remote IT/AV assistance for a global medical technology company.

You will engage with end users, address issues clearly, and contribute to project tasks while occasionally working after hours with compensation. Demonstrated expertise in IT helpdesk, AV systems, and ServiceNow is favorable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT helpdesk/technical support experience.
• Pro-active, customer focused, able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management.
• Experience with Microsoft365, Windows10 upgrade, IP phones, SharePoint.
• Experience with AV systems and meeting support.
• Familiar with ServiceNow ticketing systems.

Position: IT & AV Support Technician

Location: Caribbean Drive, Scoresby, Melbourne, VIC 3179

systemsGo is seeking an IT Support Technician to work at our client's office in Melbourne. The client is a global medical technology company which works to make healthcare ever better. The candidate will have excellent communication skills and a track record for providing great customer service. You will have a unique opportunity to work in challenging IT environments to allow you to develop your IT skills.

Responsibilities (but not limited):

• Provide Level 2 desktop support at client's office
• Provide helpdesk and remote support for IT and AV equipment
• Complete project tasks as instructed by the client
• Occasional after-hours work with appropriate compensation

Requirements:

• Pro-active, customer focused, and comfortable dealing with end users directly
• Able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively
• 2+ years experience in IT helpdesk role or technical support role
• Comfortable working in a team
• Microsoft MCP certification preferred
• Experience with Microsoft365, Windows10 upgrade, IP phones, Sharepoint, etc
• Experience with AV systems and providing meeting support
• Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems including ServiceNow
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology is preferredbut not essential
