• Proven leadership experience in hotel or hospitality settings.

Responsibilities

• Love the brand and be a great ambassador of Holiday Inn Express.
• Schedule, plan activities and delegate tasks to keep the hotel running smoothly.
• Lead and participate in hotel emergency procedures and ensure compliance with local safety regulations.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members at all times.
• Collaborate across teams to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
• Cover some night shifts and complete night audit requirements.
