Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken.
• Ability to manage a team and drive results.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a First Aid and RSA certificate.
• Eligible to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel team to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Manage shift scheduling, activity planning and task delegation.
• Oversee safety, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in night audit and cover night shifts as needed.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff to resolve issues.
• Act as brand ambassador and uphold Holiday Inn Express standards.
