Qualifications

• Experience in front office or overnight hotel operations as the manager on duty.
• Strong guest service with proactive problem resolution.
• Proficient in front office systems, night audit processes, and hotel PMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage hotel operations during the night shift.
• Deliver exceptional guest service from check-ins to concerns.
• Complete the night audit with accurate revenue posting.
• Supervise night team and ensure policy adherence.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and escalate as needed.
• Fulfill guest requests and follow up with relevant departments.
