Hyde Perth is seeking an experienced Casual Duty Manager to lead our Front Office operations in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will supervise the Front Office team, manage guest arrivals and departures, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with Food & Beverage and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience.

As Chief Warden and First Aid Responder, you will uphold safety standards and hotel procedures while delivering outstanding guest service and mentorship to your team.

Formación

• Previous supervisory or management experience in Front Office or hotel operations.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide, support and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
• Ability to remain calm, composed and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Working knowledge of hotel systems and standard operating procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures, with the ability to act as Chief Warden and First Aid Responder.
• Proactive approach and the confidence to make decisions independently when required.
• Flexibility to work a rotating 24/7 roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Professional presentation and grooming aligned with the Hyde brand.
• Driver's license is a mandatory requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Front Office team to ensure efficient check-in/check-out experiences.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures to create a positive first and last impression.
• Respond to guest inquiries, feedback and complaints, following through to resolution.
• Anticipate guest needs to create memorable experiences and communicate feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Coordinate maintenance and resolve operational issues promptly when staff are unavailable.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness across the property.
• Act as Chief Warden and First Aid Responder during emergencies, coordinating with authorities as needed.
