InterContinental Perth City Centre is seeking a Duty Manager to join a charming, internationally minded team. Reporting to the Reception Manager, you will oversee guest service and hotel operations, with a focus on prompt attention and personal recognition for guests.

You will lead and train colleagues, handle guest issues, and ensure safety and security while maintaining the luxury standards of the property.

Formación

• At least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience in hospitality.
• approachable, passionate about providing connected and seamless service.
• Dynamic, vibrant, confident and professional personality.
• Strong knowledge of a hotel property management system such as Opera.
• Excellent customer relations, problem solving, decision making and time management.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Professional presentation befitting a luxury brand.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to guest needs and resolve issues to ensure prompt, personalised service.
• Supervise and support colleagues across operations during busy periods.
• Greet and farewelling guests; conduct daily departmental briefings and contribute to team meetings.
• Lead and develop the team through training and development.
• Ensure the safety and security of hotel guests and liaise with senior leadership during emergencies.
