Hyatt Regency in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Duty Manager to lead a passionate Front Office team and ensure guests enjoy an elevated experience. You will be supported by the Assistant Director of Rooms and guide operations to maintain seamless guest services and smooth daily activities.

The ideal candidate will have Duty Manager experience in a high-volume hotel, be proficient with OPERA, and demonstrate outstanding communication and guest-service focus under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Duty Manager in a high-volume hotel.
• Experience working with OPERA property management system.
• Excellent communication skills with leadership by example.
• Focus on delivering exceptional guest service and issue resolution.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations of Front Office and Guest Services teams.
• Act as escalation point for emergencies and guest issues.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, hotel matrix and facilities.
• Coach and train staff, monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Handle client queries and complaints with professionalism.
