Job summary

Hyde Perth is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team, driving exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations. You will work collaboratively with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to uphold Hyde’s premium energy and brand standards.

You will mentor staff, manage rostering and be involved in guest allocations, VIP arrivals and service recovery while ensuring operational excellence and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or similar hotel leadership role.
• Proven coaching and developing teams in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Experience with hotel Front Office procedures and PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office team to deliver efficient, welcoming guest experiences.
• Oversee daily Front Office operations, including arrivals, departures, room allocation, and guest services.
• Drive guest satisfaction through personalised service and effective service recovery.
• Manage guest feedback and complaints with timely resolution and positive outcomes.
• Coach and develop team members to build a high-performing, engaged team.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimise room allocation and hotel performance.
