Job summary

ACCIONA Infrastructure Australia is seeking a Document Controller in Perth to own project document control. You will manage document registers, control revisions, and ensure accurate, compliant records across the project team.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will coordinate document workflows using RIB Cx, support reporting, and maintain an audit trail. A minimum of 2–3 years in a similar role and experience with document systems are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience with RIB Cx or similar document systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate document registers and control revisions across the project.
• Manage document workflows using RIB Cx and project systems.
• Coordinate document distribution and approvals with project and client stakeholders.
• Support the Project Director with reporting and document compliance.
• Monitor document control processes to meet ACCIONA standards.
• Archive project records to maintain a complete audit trail.
