Job summary

ACCIONA Australia is seeking a proactive Document Controller to support large-scale infrastructure projects in Brisbane. You will coordinate, review and approve engineering documents, maintain registers, and ensure proper numbering and revision control.

Qualified in Engineering or related field with EDMS experience and strong MS Office skills, you will collaborate across design, construction and operations to deliver accurate handover and as-built records.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Engineering, Document Control, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience in engineering document control on project-based work
• Experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
• Strong knowledge of document numbering, revision control and traceability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Manage coordination, review and approval of engineering documentation
• Maintain document, drawing and transmittal registers
• Ensure documents are numbered, classified and issued to procedure
• Coordinate document workflows across engineering, design and construction
• Maintain revision and version control across project documentation
• Report on document status, outstanding reviews and overdue actions
• Support handover documentation including as-built and O&M records
