Job summary

ACCIONA in Northbridge, Western Australia, is expanding its project delivery team and seeks a proactive Document Controller. You will maintain the project EDMS, manage revisions, and support the delivery team with records, correspondence, and reporting.

Reporting to Lead Document Controller or Quality Manager, you will coordinate with project, client and supplier teams, ensuring accurate document control plans and timely issue resolution in a busy infra environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Strong attention to detail in document numbering and revision control.
• Confident communicating with project, client and supplier stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing document workflows with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control plans and procedures across the project.
• Upload, distribute and revision-control project documents in the EDMS.
• Issue, track and expedite document workflows and outstanding items.
• Audit document control activity and support quality spot checks.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project records and reporting.
• Partner with project, client and supplier teams on document requirements.
• Identify and resolve process issues, recommending improvements.

ACCIONA is building capability ahead of a number of upcoming civil and infrastructure project opportunities across regional Western Australia.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Lead Document Controller or Quality Manager, you will maintain project document control systems, manage revisions and workflows through the EDMS, and support the wider delivery team with records and correspondence. Based from our Northbridge office on a 5/2 roster, you will own the accuracy of project documentation, working closely with project, client and supplier teams. This is a genuine chance to build your profile with ACCIONA ahead of a growing regional WA project pipeline.
