Job summary

Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support a portfolio of major capital projects in the resources and industrial sectors. The role involves ensuring accurate documentation, governance compliance and collaboration with project teams in WA, with onboarding in Pinjarra and a base in Booragoon.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in document control, experience with InEight/Aconex, and strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Document Controller role supporting engineering, construction, infrastructure, mining, or major capital projects.
• Proven experience managing project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong working knowledge of document management systems such as InEight Document (TeamBinder), Aconex, or similar.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and document accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
• Must live in Perth and have full Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation across large capital projects and ensure governance compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to maintain documentation accuracy.
• Support onboarding and training activities and respond to document control requests.
• Maintain document control standards in fast-paced project environments and manage priorities.
