Job summary

Axis Communications AB is seeking a Distribution Account Manager in Sydney, Australia. The role focuses on managing Distributors and the Channel Partner Program in the region, driving growth, and building a strong channel infrastructure.

The position requires coordinating training and education for partners and actively pursuing revenue growth to hit targets. The successful candidate will manage distributor relationships, recruit new partners, and oversee stock levels and marketing activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Track record of reaching sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Account management of Distributors in the market, acting as their main contact.
• Recruit new Partners into the Channel Partner Program.
• Training, advising and educating Partners on Axis’ products and services.
• Managing stock levels, stock rotations and product mix.
• Planning, implementing and following-up with Distributors’ marketing activities with the local Marketing Manager.
• Evaluating the performance of each Distributor.
• Achieving set annual and quarterly targets.
