Job summary

Axis Communications in Sydney is seeking a Distribution Account Manager to manage Distributors and the Channel Partner Program in the region. The role includes training and coaching Partners, setting targets and driving revenue growth from Sydney, with required travel.

Based in Sydney, you will empower Distributors, manage relationships and evaluate performance to ensure Axis maintains strong market leadership and distributor excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar position.
• Track record of reaching sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Account management of Distributors in the market, acting as their main contact.
• Recruit new Partners into the Channel Partner Program.
• Training, advising and educating Partners on Axis’ products and services.
• Managing stock levels, stock rotations and product mix.
• Planning, implementing and following-up with Distributors’ marketing activities with the local Marketing Manager.
• Evaluating the performance of each Distributor.
• Achieving set annual and quarterly target.
