Rawson Homes is seeking a Sales Consultant for our brand-new Cambewarra display home in New South Wales. You will welcome prospective buyers, explain designs and inclusions, and guide customers from first enquiry to contract exchange.

Qualifications

• Proven residential sales experience and a drive to deliver great results.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence working towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Sharp attention to detail and excellent administration skills.
• Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to contract exchange.
• Build trusted relationships and guide customers through the home-building journey.
• Explain designs, inclusions, upgrades and benefits of building with Rawson Homes.
• Prepare estimates, quotations and sales documents using Salesforce and CaniBuild.
• Keep the sales journey moving by managing deposits, tender requests and contract progression.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales activity in the CRM.
