Private Advertiser in Adelaide, SA, is seeking a Service Manager to oversee daily operations across SIL houses and support teams. You will lead staff, manage client intake, rostering, and ensure safe, compliant service delivery while building strong stakeholder relationships.

You will drive service growth, handle incidents and complaints professionally, and contribute to continuous improvement with an engaged, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability services, SIL, NDIS or community support.
• Leadership experience managing teams in human services.
• Strong organisational, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of NDIS requirements, safeguarding and quality processes.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Lead, support and supervise Team Leaders and Support Workers.
• Oversee client intake, onboarding and compatibility assessments.
• Manage daily operations across multiple SIL houses.
• Provide roster oversight and staffing continuity.
• Build relationships with families, Support Coordinators and external partners.
• Prepare service quotes and service agreements; ensure funding accuracy.
• Manage incidents, complaints and conflict resolution professionally.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance across service delivery.
• Contribute to business development through enquiry conversion and service growth.
