Job summary

My Guardian - Aged & Disability Care is seeking a dynamic Residential Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of allocated SIL properties and accommodation services.

You will oversee House Team Leaders, drive person-centred care, manage operational budgets, and maintain gold-standard NDIS compliance across all sites. Qualifications

• Experience in managing SIL or complex disability accommodation services.
• Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and safeguarding frameworks.
• Roster management, budget oversight, incident investigations.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership across SIL sites, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Lead and coach House Team Leaders with performance reviews.
• Drive person-centred care aligned with participant goals and family relations.
• Oversee rostering, workforce planning, agency usage, and budgeting for staffing.
• Program and facilitate participant activities, including day and holiday programs.
• Uphold NDIS Practice Standards, manage incident reporting and site audits.
• Represent SIL services to participants, families, allied health professionals, and regulators.
