Job summary

Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment in NSW is seeking a Service Manager to lead a supported accommodation service across multiple sites, overseeing a dedicated team and ensuring regulatory compliance to deliver tailored support that promotes independent, meaningful lives.

You will manage budgets, foster inclusion, and act as the primary contact for clients, families and stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and excellent client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Disability, Nursing or related field (AHPRA registration highly regarded).
• Minimum five years' experience in mental health and residential support management.
• Leadership experience managing support staff.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• NSW Driver’s License preferred.
• Current police check and working with children/vulnerable persons checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a supported accommodation service, managing team performance and client safety.
• Supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets.
• Foster a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.
