Job summary

Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a capable IT support resource to coordinate activities from simple to complex plans.

The role will provide on-site/on-call support to end users in the organization’s desktop computing environment to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. The candidate should have 2+ years in Level 1/2 desktop support, strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting with Intune, cloud, and thick-build machines, and be familiar with MS Office, Edge/Chrome, and various

Qualifications

2+ years of Experience in Level 1/2 desktop support.
Experience with Windows 10/11 Admin troubleshooting of Intune, cloud, and thick-build machines.
Familiar with AppV applications, MS Store Apps and packaged applications.
Troubleshoot / find root cause for general performance issues.
Knowledge of Active Directory and Group policies. PowerShell scripting knowledge is must.
Ability to co-ordinate with various technical groups and can fix issues remotely for the users.

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities from simple to complex plans.
Provide on-site/on-call end-user support in timely and accurate manner.
Troubleshoot application issues (Outlook, Office, Edge/Chrome) and report root causes.
Document all work in ticketing system with details and follow ITIL processes.
Collaborate with app owners and MS support to resolve vendor-related issues.
