Job summary

Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a capable IT support resource in Australia to coordinate activities from simple to complex plans.

The role provides on-site/on-call assistance to end users within the desktop computing environment to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Requirements include 2+ years in Level 1/2 desktop support, Windows 10/11 troubleshooting (Intune, cloud, thick-build), MS Office knowledge, and PowerShell scripting.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Level 1/2 desktop support.
Familiar with Windows 10/11Admin troubleshooting, Intune, cloud and thick-build machines.
Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies is desirable.
PowerShell scripting knowledge is a must.
Good client management and communication skills.
Able to coordinate with technical groups and fix issues remotely.

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities ranging from simple to complex plans.
Provide on-site/on-call end-user support to ensure timely service delivery.
Troubleshoot and determine root causes for performance issues on end-user devices.
Support Office applications, including Outlook, Edge, and Chrome.
Document work and updates in the ticketing system.
