Job summary

Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a capable desktop support resource to coordinate activities ranging from simple to complex plans.

The role provides on-site and on-call end-user assistance to ensure timely and accurate service delivery within the organization’s desktop computing environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Level 1/2 desktop support experience, Windows 10/11 troubleshooting, Intune, cloud, and office/app knowledge, with strong communication and ticketing skills.

Qualifications

2+ years of Experience in Level 1/2 desktop support.
Experience with Windows 10/11 admin troubleshooting, Intune, cloud, and thick-build machines.
Familiar with AppV, MS Store Apps and packaged applications.

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities ranging from simple to complex plans for end-user support.
Provide on-site/on-call assistance within the desktop computing environment to ensure optimal service delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Office, and standard applications.
Collaborate with multiple technical groups and vendor support as needed.
Document work performed in the ticketing system with clear details.
