Job summary

Axiom Technologies in Australia is seeking a capable IT Desktop Support professional to coordinate activities from simple to complex plans and provide on-site/on-call assistance within the desktop computing environment.

The role requires 4+ years in Level 2/3 desktop support, strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Intune, AD, Group Policies and PowerShell, and the ability to resolve issues remotely and document work clearly for ticketing systems.

Qualifications

4+ years of Experience in Level 2/3 desktop support.
Windows 10/11 admin troubleshooting with Intune, cloud and thick-build machines.
Familiar with AppV, MS Store Apps and packaged applications.
Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies; PowerShell scripting required.
Ability to coordinate with technical groups and fix issues remotely for users.
Strong client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities ranging from simple to more complex IT plans.
Provide on-site/on-call assistance to end users within the desktop computing environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues across Windows environments and Office suite.
Assist with Office license management and updates.
Document all work in the ticketing system with details.
Collaborate with MS Outlook app owner and other groups to resolve issues.
