Job summary

Axiom Technologies in Australia is seeking a capable IT Desktop Support professional to coordinate activities from simple to complex plans and provide on-site/on-call assistance within the desktop computing environment.

The role requires 4+ years in Level 2/3 desktop support, strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Intune, AD, Group Policies and PowerShell, and the ability to resolve issues remotely and document work clearly for ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Experience in Level 2/3 desktop support.
• Windows 10/11 admin troubleshooting with Intune, cloud and thick-build machines.
• Familiar with AppV, MS Store Apps and packaged applications.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies; PowerShell scripting required.
• Ability to coordinate with technical groups and fix issues remotely for users.
• Strong client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities ranging from simple to more complex IT plans.
• Provide on-site/on-call assistance to end users within the desktop computing environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues across Windows environments and Office suite.
• Assist with Office license management and updates.
• Document all work in the ticketing system with details.
• Collaborate with MS Outlook app owner and other groups to resolve issues.
