Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking a capable desktop support resource to coordinate activities and provide on-site/on-call end-user assistance across the organization’s computing environment.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience with Windows 10/11, Intune, AD, PowerShell and Office 365, and emphasizes strong client communication and problem-solving skills. On-site work and collaboration with multiple IT groups are expected.

Qualifications

• Two or more IT qualifications listed above.
• Experience in Level 1/2 desktop support roles.
• Familiar with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across IT teams to resolve end-user issues.
• Provide on-site/on-call end-user support to ensure timely service delivery.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Intune, cloud and thick-client issues.
• Support Office apps, browsers (Edge/Chrome) and MS Teams.
• Collaborate with app owners to resolve root causes and improve performance.
• Accurately document all work through the ticketing system.
