Job summary

Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a capable IT Support Technician to join our desktop support team in Australia.

You will provide on-site and on-call assistance to end users, troubleshooting issues across Windows 10/11, Intune, Office apps, and cloud services, and work with MSP-like processes to ensure timely resolution. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Level 1/2 desktop support, strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies, PowerShell scripting, and experience with SCCM,

Qualifications

• Two or more IT qualifications are required.
• Experience in Level 1/2 desktop support is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Windows platforms and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate desktop support activities for end users.
• Provide on-site/on-call assistance to ensure timely service delivery.
• Document all work and updates in the ticketing system.
